01 / CONTRACT STAGES

One stage
at a time.

Agree the fee and deliverables before each stage. Review the work at its exit. The next stage is your decision.

02 / THE DISCOVERY GUARANTEE

Three times the fee.
Or it comes back.

If Discovery does not find yearly savings worth at least three times its fee, the fee comes back. If you continue within 30 days, the Discovery fee counts toward Scope.

    Every AI seat, subscription and usage bill, plus the software around them. Owning has costs too, so the worksheet counts hardware, power, Care and any hosted service you keep for the hardest work.

Each stage is written to stand on its own. If you stop, what you paid for stays yours, written so your own team or another firm can use it.

AFTER DISCOVERY

A plan you can use without us.

The roadmap, savings worksheet, quotes, risk map and recording. Act on them yourself, take them to another firm, or put them on a shelf.

AFTER SCOPE

A spec another team can build from.

The test results, architecture, security plan and acceptance tests belong to you. Build with us, with someone else, or not at all.

AFTER BUILD

A tested system.

The assistant, agent or model, with its acceptance test results and, for a Custom Model, its before and after scores.

AFTER DEPLOY

A system in your name.

It runs on your hardware or in your cloud account. The keys, logins, runbook and handover documents are yours.

IF YOU CANCEL CARE

It stays yours.

Cancel in any month. The system stays where it is, in your name, with a runbook that shows your team how to look after it.

THE FEES

Agreed before each stage.

Each stage has a fixed fee, agreed before we start. Build and Deploy are quoted in Scope, against acceptance tests you can check.
